1. Adding a link to the WedSeek Home Page

To add a link to WedSeek, copy the following html code into your web page, changing the text shown in green so that it corresponds with the name of the image that you wish to use.

<a href="http://www.wedseek.co.uk"><img
src="http://www.wedseek.co.uk/images/links/button_01.gif" border=0></a>

button_01.gif
2982 bytes, 88 x 31 pixels

button_02.gif
2792 bytes, 88 x 31 pixels

button_03.gif
2125 bytes, 88 x 31 pixels

button_04.gif
2003 bytes, 88 x 31 pixels

button_05.gif
2151 bytes, 120 x 60 pixels

button_06.gif
2081 bytes, 120 x 60 pixels

   wsbanner1.gif - 7194 bytes     468 x 60 pixels

   wsbanner2.gif - 7150 bytes     404 x 52 pixels

If you do not make any changes to the html code, the image that you choose will download from our server. However, if you save the image and upload it to your own server it will download faster. To do this, right-click on the image, and select "Save Picture As..." (Internet Explorer) or "Save Image As..." (Netscape). If you are using a MAC, hold down your mouse button until you see the same options. Once you have uploaded the image you will need to change the part of the code that begins <img src="http:// so that it references the new location of the image on your server.

2. Using the WedSeek search engine

Search WedSeek:

To enable your visitors to perform keyword searches of the WedSeek Directory, copy and paste the following html code into your web page.

<form method="GET"
 action="http://www.wedseek.co.uk/cgi-bin/wedseek_keyword_search.cgi">
<table align=center bgcolor="#99CCCC" border=0 cellpadding=5
 cellspacing=0>
<tr>
<td align=left><font face=Arial size=2 color="#000099"><b>Search
 WedSeek:</b></td>
<td align=left><input type="text" name="searchbox" size=20
 maxlength=90></td>
<td align=left><input
 type="submit" value="Search"></td></tr>
</table>
</form>

3. Linking to a specific WedSeek category

If you would like to enable your visitors to search for web sites that offer a specific type of wedding service, why not provide them with a link to a WedSeek Category? The code below links to the category 'Catering & Marquees', so after you have pasted it into your web page you may need to alter the text shown in green so that the link references the correct category. You will also need to make sure that the code is on just one line of your html document and that there are no character spaces between the inverted commas.

Example: Catering & Marquees

<a href="http://www.wedseek.co.uk/cgi-bin/
wedseek_category_branch.cgi?category=01">Catering & Marquees</a>

Here are the number codes for the twelve main WedSeek Categories:

Catering & Marquees - 01

To place the above graphic in front of your category link, add the following code to the html that you already have:

Please feel free to save the image and upload it to your own server. Right-click on the image, and select "Save Picture As..." (Internet Explorer) or "Save Image As..." (Netscape). If you are using a MAC, hold down your mouse button until you see the same options.
